The Ktn4 blade is made from the finest Dc53 high-carbon steel and is individually heat-treated to harden the blade edge. Highly experienced swords craftsmen and artisans make these superb swords. All the fittings and habaki that you see on these swords are made from sterling silver by quality silversmiths. The Tsuka is tightly bound in Golden Brown Japanese Silk over quality black rayskin. The Sayas are constructed from wood and finished in a gloss brown lacquer.  These swords are the real things, not replicas.  They come with a Live Blade capable of cutting through Tatami Omote with one strike.
