We hope that you will act responsibly with your new purchase, and as a condition of purchase you agree NEVER to carry any of our products in public places. By purchasing from this site, you are committing yourself to these terms and conditions.

We at Custom Katana ensure to sell you the very best in quality handcrafted merchandise, and are certain that you will be very happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event, you have a problem with any of our products purchased from us, here are the terms and conditions for returning your goods.

Exchange and Refund Policy:

Purchases can be refunded or exchanged if the product is faulty due to manufacturing process and refunded or exchanged if the item is returned to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of delivery. If in the unlikely instance, you find your purchase to be faulty. We ask that you contact us within a period of 3 days, and return the item within 28 days of delivery. We will then take appropriate action to either repair or replace the item. Your postal costs for returning faulty goods will be reimbursed to you, once we are satisfied that the product is faulty due to manufacturing process. Postal costs will only be refunded on faulty goods.

Dimensions:

At Custom Katana we endeavour to publish as accurate information on our products as possible. However due to manufacturing processes, dimensions stated on our site may occasionally be inaccurate.

Delivery:

We at custom katana aim to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. All products will usually be dispatched the next working day, subject to availability. If in the event of your purchase being out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and we will be happy to either put your order on back order or refund your money.
